Creative Design
Although most of our customers supply prepared electronic artwork, our art department can work with you or your advertising agency to create an attractive
product designed specifically for your application. Our art department
works with both Macintosh and PC platforms and uses the most current graphics
software including Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Pagemaker
and Quark Express.
Screen-Printing
Scioto Signs is a custom screen-printer. We can
screen-print as small as a .5" x 2" nameplate to as large
as a 12' x 4' building or roadside sign. Most commonly we screen-print
with solvent-based thermo set inks,
but also print with UV curable and air-dry inks on many substrates including….
aluminum, steel, hardboard, pressure-sensitive vinyl, magnetic vinyl, corrugated
plastic, styrene, cardboard, and plastic bags. We screen-print with standard
PMS (Pantone Matching System) Colors, Four-Color Process or Lumalite Colors
(a process of screen-printing with a translucent color over natural mill
finish
aluminum to achieve a very brilliant luminescent appeal).
Fabrication & Assembly
Metal fabrication and assembly capabilities set Scioto Signs apart from many
screen-printers and sign makers. We have quality checks at every stage
of production to ensure the best possible product. Scioto Signs has achieved

Custom Vinyl
Imprinting
Whether you need only a few signs or would like to offer some personalization
in a dealer sign program, Scioto offers a dedicated department to creating
and applying custom vinyl letters and graphics to an assortment of signs. Individual
names, address, and/or slogans can be applied in a variety of colors to your
warehoused signs when needed and then drop-shipped direct to your customer
or dealer. Release orders are usually processed the same day!
Warehousing & Centralized
Program Fulfillment
Once your signs have been completed, Scioto offers a number of options for
packing, shipping and/or warehousing your order. Signs may be individually
packed for UPS shipment, bulk crated and shipped via major truck line or warehoused
and released as you need them. Scioto Signs offer one-year
of free warehousing from the completion of your order and our standard drop-shipment
charge is
$5.00
per
package per
destination plus shipping fees. We also offer invoice-as-shipped programs and
can accept orders directly from your dealers or customers with any major credit
card (Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
